Members of the cast of SBMT's upcoming "Fiorello!" met for orientation on July 19. There was lots to learn, including some tidbits, truths, and a few fibs about the real Fiorello LaGuardia from producer Jay Steele. (Did Fiorello ever beat up a horse? HAIRSPRAY opened on May 30 to raves from sold-out audiences. Marisol Urbano as energetic teen Tracy Turnblad and Kevin Cornelius as Tracy's irrepressible mom Edna had audiences jumping out of their seats to dance by the end of the show! The SBMT Board of Directors announced its 2015-16 season line-up at the organization's General Meeting on January 27. On January 24, SBMT's production of CURTAINS celebrated a sold-out opening night!
