South Bay Musical Theatre is excited to announce our spring 2018 production, “The Hunchback of Notre Dame,” which will complete our 2017-2018 season. It follows our fall 2017 show, “The Bridges of Madison County,” and winter 2018 show, “Peter and the Star Catcher,” which were previously announced. Based on the Victor Hugo novel and songs from the Disney animated film, it features a score by the award-winning team of Alan Menken (music) and Stephen Schwartz (lyrics), and a new book by Peter Parnell. SBMT extends congratulations to all of the recent nominees for Theatre Bay Area Awards, 2016. The full list of nominees is published on the TBA Awards site. And SBMT is proud to say that one of our own productions, this spring's GYPSY, was honored with a nomination for "Outstanding Female Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical (Tier III theatre)."
